Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Gift Makers Shop, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Below, you’ll find our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a clear and hassle-free experience.


Returns and Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or if there was a mistake with the variant (size, color, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional cost. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to submit a claim.
    Requirements:

    • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
    • Provide a clear description of the defect or error, along with photos of the issue if possible.
  2. Customer Errors in Size or Color:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges if the error in selecting size, color, or variant was made by the customer. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.


Refunds

  1. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products:
    If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, and you choose not to receive a replacement, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been verified or the defect confirmed.

  2. Refunds for Unclaimed Products or Address Errors:
    If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, or if the package is not claimed, no refund will be issued. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

  3. Refund Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the refund request has been approved. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.


Order Corrections and Cancellations

  1. Order Corrections:
    If you realize there was an error in your order (e.g., incorrect size, color, or variant selection), you must contact us at contact@giftmakersshop.com within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this period, the order will enter production, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

  2. Order Cancellations:
    Due to the on-demand nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations once the first 15 minutes after placing the order have passed. After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.
